Production Worker

Mishawaka Indiana – Part-Time

We are hiring Part-Time Production Workers for a morning shift from (6:00a-11:30a) and an afternoon shift from (11:30a-5:00p) Monday-Friday to join our team! You will assist or operate an automated finishing line, CNC machines, saws for cutting trim, perform the manual assembly of products and manual preparation of products to be finished. Inspect products for final finish and assembly.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Parts prep, machining, finishing, or assembly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields is a plus
  • Familiarity with work orders and manufacturing software is a plus
  • Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload

$16 to $18 per hour depending on experience.
